If you have decided to start the process of establishing your new company, we ask that you fill in the Start Form.

Once we prepare all the necessary documentation, we will agree on the method of payment for our service and accompanying fees and we will make an appointment for notarization of the documentation if you are coming to Belgrade.

If you are not in the position to come to Belgrade, we can create a special authorization that you can certify in your country which will allow our associate to do this on your behalf.

The last step is opening a bank account and for this purpose you need to come to Belgrade.
How long does the registration process last?
Two or three work days are required from the moment the application for registration is completed and submitted to the head office of the BRA in Belgrade, to the moment the BRA issues the company registration document.
This means that with good organization and our support, you can complete the whole procedure of establishing a new company in 3 or 4 working days.
