IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN SERBIA AND YOU WANT TO ESTABLISH A COMPANY IN OUR COUNTRY, YOU ONLY NEED TO SPEND ONE BUSINESS DAY IN SERBIA AND WE WILL DO THE REST.

IN COORDINATION WITH YOU WE WILL PREPARE ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION AND THEN MAKE A SPECIAL AUTHORIZATION FORM BY WHICH YOU WILL AUTHORIZE ONE OF US TO ACT ON YOUR BEHALF. YOU CAN NOTARIZE THAT FORM IN YOUR COUNTRY AND SEND US THE ORIGINAL BY POST.

How does it work?

If you decide to spend a few days in Belgrade

Two or three work days are required from the moment the application for registration is completed and submitted to the head office of the BRA in Belgrade, to the moment the BRA issues the company registration document.
This means that with good organization and our support, you can complete the whole procedure of establishing a new company in 3 or 4 working days.

If you decide to work via the authorization and come to Belgrade for one day, we will have the following schedule:

preparation of the authorization and its translation into your language – 1 day
sending via DHL – 2 or 3 days
translation of the original notarized authorization in Serbian – 1 day

These additional activities require adding 5 business days to previously mentioned 3 days, which are normally required by the BRA, giving an estimated time of 8 working days after which the director of your New Company could come to Belgrade and complete the process by opening a bank account.
